    hahaha yeah. i'm spoiled with my 100mm macro (even though it was one of my cheapest lenses). If you can, get one that is longer, since the distance helps with the splashing. It also doubles as a tack-sharp portrait lens.

    yeah the kit lens is whatever. I'd at least get a 50mm 1.8 or a 50mm 1.4 (I have two 1.4's).

    really, define what you want to do with the lenses. Low-light? Portrait? Landscape? Photojournalism? that helps you decide which ones to get.
